Reports suggest that both Katrina and Priyanka have chosen not to be part of the project
(Web Desk) - Reports indicate that Katrina Kaif has withdrawn from Farhan Akhtar's upcoming road trip film, Jee Le Zaraa.
Although there is no official confirmation yet, it is speculated that both Katrina and Priyanka Chopra have chosen not to be part of the project.
Consequently, the filmmakers are currently in discussions to consider Kiara Advani and Anushka Sharma as replacements.
When Jee Le Zaraa was initially announced, with Katrina, Priyanka, and Alia Bhatt as the leads, fans were thrilled to experience another enjoyable road trip film, reminiscent of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
According to the latest reports, the Rock On actor has temporarily postponed the film.
Priyanka Chopra's Hollywood commitments prevented her from committing to shooting in 2023. She proposed shooting for Jee Le Zaraa in 2024, a suggestion which Farhan accepted.
With none of the pieces falling into place, Farhan ultimately decided to delay the film until the opportune time, as reported by the Indian media.
Jee Le Zaraa marks Farhan Akhtar's return to the director's chair, following the success of his previous hit film, Dil Chahta Hai.
